OPPORTUNITY
Distinguish LifeLock’s offerings from free credit monitoring companies, expressing how LifeLock fixes problems, rather than pointing them out.
RESULTS
It’s one thing to monitor a problem; it’s another to fix it. So we developed a full-funnel campaign spearheaded by humorous films dramatizing the conundrum of someone who just points out problems, without actually fixing them. The venture was a first for LifeLock, since they had only created infomercials before this work. Leading to a strong relationship and our eventually taking over the entire Norton/LifeLock/Symantec account.
